Processing time
Every piece is printed to order and dispatched within 2–4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once it ships.
Delivery times
After dispatch, delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days across the European Union. Delivery estimates are calculated from the ship date, not the order date.
Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.
Shipping methods
We ship via standard tracked delivery. Tracking details are sent by email once your order leaves our fulfillment center. You can check your order status at any time using the tracking link provided.
Shipping destinations
We ship to most European Union countries, including Cyprus. The full list of available countries is shown at checkout. We do not currently ship outside the European Union.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Any applicable taxes are also shown before payment.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of the ship date, please contact us at hello@shopclaramendes.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
